Madhu Purwar works for the Hilton hotel group in Dubai. She began her EBS MBA in 2001 and took just over two years to complete it.

According to her, the programme is very demanding and challenging; it carries weight in business and has credibility with employers. "I got a promotion the day I left Dubai for the graduation. The company told me that the programme had made a positive contribution to my job and that I fully deserved to get what I was aiming for. What helps, of course, is that there was tangible evidence of the programme's contribution to my job and my ability to do it better.
